NOTE: This was originally a one-bedroom unit, with the dining area walled off and converted to a small 2nd bedroom with a loft bed. Small, but big enough for divorced dad’s daughter to stay here three days a week for the last 12 years! Unit has been lovingly maintained & improved, and has a very inviting feel. Buildings here were constructed in 1973; in 2008 a condo conversion was performed with design by renowned architect Michael Hsu–sharp look inside and out. This section of the community is on the west side of the project, well away from Lamar traffic and noise. There is no better value in 78704 than the Akoya Condominiums. High walkability! Matt’s El Rancho and several other restaurants are very close by.
