Wow! The landscaped backyard is fabulous. Owner extended and added to the new construction the stone patio, stone fire pit patio (or hot tub), replaced the wood floors with a higher grade material, remote controlled ceiling fans, planted a Japanese Maple Tree as well as flower beds, roses, passion vines and monarch butterfly plants. Also installed beyond the original purchase rainfall shower and dog door into the laundry room from backyard. Ample room to work from home or find peace and harmony in the backyard.
